1. Application permission
This license is for one individual buyer.
You may keep copies of the application for your own use and backup, run it on
your own devices, and use it in your freelance or business work. You may modify
the application for your own internal use. This license is non-exclusive.

2. Your project outputs
You may create, edit, print, share, and commercially use proposals, project
documents, and AI prompts you generate with the application for your own work
and your clients. You may send generated proposals to clients and charge for
your services. No attribution to Brief & Quote Studio is required in your
generated outputs. Your own content remains yours. Third-party content you add
remains subject to its own rights and permissions.

3. Application redistribution
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, rent, or give away
the application itself, its source code, substantially similar modified copies,
or bundled example materials as a competing or standalone product. You may not
make the application publicly available for others to use without separate
written permission from the rights holder. Sharing your own generated client
proposals and project outputs is expressly allowed under section 2.

4. Examples
The fictional examples are included for learning and adaptation in your own
client work. They do not establish market prices or guarantee any outcome.

5. Third-party services
External AI services are optional and are not part of this application. Their
terms, costs, privacy practices, and output rules apply separately. You choose
whether to use them and what information to share.

6. No professional or outcome guarantee
The application is a drafting and estimating aid. It is not legal, tax, or
accounting advice and does not create a complete service agreement. It does not
guarantee payment, business income, project results, or legal enforceability.
You are responsible for reviewing your estimates, documents, and arrangements.

7. Availability and responsibility
The application is supplied as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation,
fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every browser. Keep
independent backups of your work. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the
rights holder is not responsible for loss of data or indirect losses resulting
from use of the application. Nothing in this license limits rights or remedies
that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
