SCOPE CHANGE STUDIO — END-USER LICENSE
Version 1.0

1. Application permission
This license is for one individual buyer. You may keep copies of the application
for your own use and backup, run it on your own devices, and use it in freelance
or business work. You may modify it for your own internal use. This license is
non-exclusive.

2. Your project outputs
You may create, edit, print, share, and commercially use scope comparisons and
project records you generate for your own work and your clients. You may send
your generated documents to clients and charge for your services. Attribution to
Scope Change Studio is not required in your generated outputs. Your own content
remains yours. Content you add from others remains subject to its own rights.

3. Application redistribution
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, share, rent, or give away
the application, its source code, substantially similar modified copies, or its
bundled examples as a competing or standalone product. You may not publicly host
the application for others to use without separate written permission from the
rights holder. Sharing your generated client outputs is allowed under section 2.

4. Examples
The fictional example is provided for learning and adaptation in your own client
work. It does not establish market rates or guarantee any outcome.

5. Professional and outcome limits
This is a drafting, estimating, and local recordkeeping aid. It is not legal,
tax, or accounting advice, a complete contract, an electronic signature service,
or a payment service. The designer enters status and response information.
It does not verify client identity or acceptance, guarantee payment or income,
prevent disputes, or establish legal enforceability. Review your own documents,
calculations, scope assumptions, and arrangements before using them.

6. Availability and responsibility
The application is supplied as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation,
fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every browser. Keep
independent backups. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the rights holder
is not responsible for loss of data or indirect losses from use. Nothing in this
license limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be
limited.
