About the products

Brief & Quote Studio is downloadable software for freelance web designers. The price is USD 19 for one individual license, paid once. Any applicable tax will be shown before payment when checkout opens. It is a digital product; there is no physical shipment or subscription.

The ZIP package contains a self-contained HTML app, a getting-started guide, a license, and three fictional examples in editable JSON and exported HTML. Open the app in a modern desktop browser with JavaScript and local-file access enabled. The interface and guide are in English. No API key or external AI account is required. PDF export uses the browser's Print → Save as PDF function.

Scope Change Studio is a separate digital download priced at USD 12 for one individual license, paid once. It contains an offline HTML app, guide, license, one fictional project backup and an exported client comparison. It shares the browser requirements above. It does not send client messages, verify acceptance, collect signatures or process payments.

Delivery and support

When sales open, payment and automatic file delivery are planned through Lemon Squeezy. They are not active yet. A download will be made available after a successful payment once this flow is enabled and checked.

This website

The free estimator calculates in your browser. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, customer forms, or a payment form. Its values are not submitted by the page and reset when you reload. The website hosting provider may process connection and security data under its own policies.

Your project data

Both downloaded applications run locally and make no network requests. Each stores one local project only when you choose its save command. Browser storage is not encrypted and may be cleared by browser settings. Export JSON backups for important projects. Downloaded proposal and backup files may include client information, so store and share them appropriately.

Brief & Quote Studio’s optional prompt builder includes the project details you enter. If you choose to paste a prompt into an external AI service, that service's terms and privacy practices apply. The app does not send the prompt for you.

Support emails

If you email us, your address and the contents of your message will be used to respond to your request. Avoid sending confidential client data or full payment details. Email is handled through the seller's email provider. You can use the same address for questions about information you have shared with us.

License and product scope

One individual buyer may use the app for their own freelance or business projects and share their generated proposals with clients. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly hosting the application itself is not included. Read the license for Brief & Quote Studio or Scope Change Studio.
