Purchase & refund terms

What you buy
We offer two separate digital downloads. Brief & Quote Studio costs USD 19 and includes the offline quote application, guide, license, and three fictional sample projects. Scope Change Studio costs USD 12 and includes the offline change-request application, guide, license, one fictional project backup and its client comparison.
Each price is paid once for one individual user and covers only the named product. Any applicable taxes will be shown before payment. There is no subscription or physical shipment.
Use a modern desktop browser with JavaScript and local-file access enabled. The app and documentation are in English. It requires no AI subscription or API key. Printing and local storage capabilities depend on your browser.
Delivery
Once checkout is enabled, purchases will be processed and fulfilled through Lemon Squeezy. After a successful payment, you will receive access to download the product. If your link is missing or the file cannot be opened, contact sszayniddinov@gmail.com with your order reference.
Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing sszayniddinov@gmail.com with your order reference. You do not need to provide a reason. Refunds under this policy are returned through the original payment method; the payment provider determines processing time.
After a refund, stop using the application and remove your copies. Your own project content and generated proposals remain yours. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy's rights under its applicable terms.
Use of the application
Your license permits use for your own commercial client work and sharing generated proposals. It does not permit redistribution, resale, or public hosting of the application. Read the license for Brief & Quote Studio or Scope Change Studio. Future versions, bespoke work and external AI services are not included in this purchase.
