The toolkit runs deterministic calculations in your browser. Its optional prompt builder prepares project context for an external AI tool; it does not call an AI model itself. External AI accounts or fees, if any, are your choice.

The complete toolkit is a self-contained HTML file for a modern desktop browser. Export and local storage capabilities can vary by browser. Keep downloaded JSON backups of important projects.
No. The export is a project proposal. Add any agreement, tax treatment, or terms required for your specific business before using it.
The included license permits one individual buyer to create proposals for their own client projects. Redistributing, reselling, or hosting the toolkit itself for others is not included.

Requirements: a modern desktop browser with JavaScript, local-file access, and file downloads enabled. The interface and guide are in English. No installation or API key is needed.
